Customer Service is a top priority at AMP. Upon becoming a client of AMP, you can expect to be assigned a team of individuals that will serve as your primary contacts and will become intimately familiar with your community and its needs. This team consists of a Community Association Manager, Customer Service/Accounting professional(s). This team approach allows for multiple client contact points and constant communication throughout our office to ensure the highest level of service in the industry. We find that assigning a specific AMP team to manage the relationship between AMP and your community provides an integrated level of support and high degree of customer service at all levels. Since all of our internal systems are automated and set up identical for every community we manage, anyone on your AMP team can respond immediately and accurately to a homeowner or board member request for information.
Technology Solutions For HOA Management
We feel we are an industry leader when it comes to leveraging technology to support servicing our clients and managing our business. We’ve invested heavily in technology and utilize a state of the art, industry specific software system that provides the infrastructure to our business. Our HOA software allows us to manage the Association’s finances, issue and track work orders, generate violation letters, manage vendors, and track and maintain historical records of all correspondence with our customers in electronic format. AMP is properly staffed for the number communities we manage. All of our employees have e-mail and high-speed internet access, and each of our Community Association Managers carries a cellular phone and has remote access to e-mail.

Full Service Property Management
We provide a full range of services including leasing, rent collection, maintenance supervision, and bookkeeping for single family homes, condominiums, multi-family units, commercial properties, and homeowners associations.
Marketing of Rental Properties
We advertise available properties in the local Multiple Listing Service, Realtor.com, various rental bulletins, the AMP website, and through professional signage at the property.
Thorough Screening of Tenants
To ensure top-quality tenants, all applicants are thoroughly screened, including their credit history, income verification, rental history, and criminal records if any.
Excellent Property Maintenance
Our well-staffed maintenance division is able to respond quickly to our tenants’ and owners’ repair and renovation needs. In the case of outside vendors, we have several local companies with whom we work and are able to monitor their work for our clients as it is completed. Our maintenance department is available 24 hours a day, and the property manager and assistant property manager are “on call” for addressing emergencies after hours.
Computerized Bookkeeping

Management Fee
- To rent your property we charge ½ of the 1st month’s rent. You pay nothing in advance. We take our fee from the move-in monies.
- You pay for advertising or other charges related to renting your property.
- For continued management we charge a percentage of the rent collected. That percentage will vary with the type of property and the rent amount. For most single family properties the percentage is usually 10{677cacff05b41098e4bd9c03344f6ce680ae5b881c96e9457a63c2ee447a7b66}.
